What's the delivery charge?

All orders from our website are completely free of charge to mainland UK. If situated in Ireland or Highlands please send us a message for further details on costs.

How long will delivery take?

We undertake to deliver all orders received to  within 10 - 15 days, providing that the relevant items are in stock. Both a text and email will be sent to you with a link to a booking portal, this will allow the you to book the delivery on day of choice (excluding weekends) or cancel the order if no longer required. 

What exactly happens after ordering?

We aim to book all orders within 48 hours of receipt, both a text and email will be sent to you with a link to a booking portal, this will allow you to book the delivery on day of choice (excluding weekends) or cancel the order if no longer required.

Can I cancel my order?

Simply email us on [email protected] to cancel your order. As long as your order hasn't been dispatched there's no charge.

Refund policy?

Ordered the wrong item? Or not happy with the product? Email us at [email protected] or call us on 01792 805 145 quoting your order number within 14 days from the day after delivery to return your order.

Once your return has been agreed you can then send the product back to us via a secure courier, this must be done within 14 days. You’ll need to arrange and pay for a courier and you should also make sure the product is insured with the courier and securely packaged for the journey.

Alternatively, we can arrange a courier to collect on your behalf, our collection fees are as follows:

  • Smaller/lighter items (small furniture, dressing tables, 1-2 boxes) £49
  • Larger/heavier Items (beds, mattresses, wardrobes 3+ boxes) £99

Once we've received the product back, we’ll check it over and then contact you with the next steps. 

Please note that if the item has been used we will only make a partial refund to cover the diminished value of the product.

For health & hygiene reasons we are not able to accept returns on the following items unless they are unopened and sealed in the original packaging (or if they are faulty) : Mattresses, Mattress Toppers or Protectors, Duvets & Pillows. 

My product arrived damaged

Please contact us immediately by email at [email protected] or to report any damage and we will let you know of the next steps. Please include clear pictures of the damaged items if possible.

It's rare that a product arrives damaged but if it does you can refuse the item at the point of delivery and it will be returned with the driver. Please take pictures of the damaged item if that is possible.

Missing parts or faulty items

Please contact us immediately by email at [email protected] and we will make arrangements to repair or replace the faulty/missing parts or products.

Do you offer an assembly service?

Unfortunately we do not offer this service currently.

Do your Divans come with a headboard?

Unless stated Divan's come as the base only although we do offer a selection of headboards on the site.

Will you provide a VAT invoice?

As a LTD registered business we will provide all customers with a full VAT receipt.
